Hyland Studio revitalized Eric Moore's 20-year-old nature store, unifying three brands under The Lookout and clarifying its mission for nature enthusiasts.

Eric Moore, a lifelong nature enthusiast, had been running Jay’s Bird Barn for nearly 20 years. Despite his passion, customers often misunderstood his store, thinking he sold birds. The existing brand didn’t convey the true purpose of providing nature supplies and fostering a community.

Goals and Deliverables:

• Clarify Brand Identity: Developed a brand that accurately represents the store’s offerings.

• Unify Brands: Merged three separate brands under the new name, The Lookout.

• Visual Identity: Created a new logo and visual elements that resonate with nature lovers.

• Marketing Materials: Provided collateral to communicate the rebrand to existing and new customers.

By redefining the brand, we helped Eric connect with a broader audience and strengthen his store’s presence in the nature enthusiast community.
